Registration Opens: 6:00 A.M.

Event Location: Crockett Street Entertainment District located on Crockett Street in Beaumont, TX

Directions:  IH-10 to Beaumont (either direction) take the downtown exit (855A), turn left at the second light onto Calder Ave., which curves to the right and turns into Main Street.  Go through two stop lights; one block down will be Crockett Street on the right.

Registration Fees:  Individual : $30
                                     Family Ride:  $40 for two adults AND child/children under 18 
                                                             $25 for one adult AND child/children under 18
                                                             FAMILY RIDE 16 MILE ONLY
Registration fees are non-refundable

Early Check In & On Site Registration:  June 1, 2012 @ 3:00 P.M. - 7:00 P.M. in the parking lot of the Crockett Street Entertainment District

Approximate Distances:  100 miles (starts @ 7:00 A.M.)
                                                  53 miles (starts @ 7:30 A.M.)
                                                  27 miles (starts @ 7:30 A.M.)
                                                  16 miles (starts @ 8:00 A.M.)

THERE IS A CUTOFF POINT FOR THE 100 MILE ROUTE. IF YOU ARE PLANNING TO RIDE THE 100 MILE ROUTE, YOU WILL NEED TO BE THROUGH THE TURN AT THE REST STOP ON HIGHWAY 105 IN SOUR LAKE BY 9:10 A.M. THIS IS 30 MILES INTO THE RIDE. WHILE WE REGRET HAVING TO DO THIS, WE MUST RESPECT THE TIME OF OUR VOLUNTEERS THAT MAKE THIS RIDE POSSIBLE.

Start times are ride out times.  Please arrive early to be ready for the start of each ride.  Routes are marked with signs adn color arrows on the road.

Support:  Rest stops are supplied with fruit, drinks and snacks.  SAG wagons are available for the weary.  The ride is fully supported with police, motorcycles and ride marshals along the routes.

Approved helmets are required
